What is MOBIWAY POP?

MOBIWAY POP consists of special VD cartridges placed in a compact, reusable system. With MOBIWAY POP, you can pull up to three wires at once. You can even connect two systems, allowing you to pull as many as six wires simultaneously.

Pulling installation wire can be a real hassle. Wires get stuck in the box, loops and tangles form, and you need floor space for multiple boxes of installation wire. Sure, there are already tools on the market — like frames that hold the boxes — but in practice, these often turn out to be bulky or inconvenient.

So we went back to the drawing board, together with installers. Their experience was our starting point. The result had to be: more compact. More robust. Easier. Faster. That’s how MOBIWAY POP was born.

Instructions

Hoe werkt het nu? 

1. Open the clamps.

2. Insert the desired cartridges and close the clamps.

3. Guide the wire through the wire guide and pull the length you need.

4. Use the knobs to rewind any excess wire after use

5. Use the wire guide to lock the wires in place — this keeps everything neat during transport.

Sustainability matters

At Nexans, sustainability is at the core of our product design. We aim to develop solutions with the lowest possible environmental impact. The MOBIWAY POP kit is a great example: the system is made from 70% recycled material and is designed for repeated use.

Thanks to the compact rolls — delivered six per box — the packaging volume is significantly reduced. That means lower transport impact too.
