Beschrijving

Applications

For protected installation in railway vehicles (locomotives, trains, trolley busses), switching stations and control panels. Installation in cable ducts, pipes and tubes.
Current carrying capacity acc. to EN 50343 as well as VDE 0298 part 4.
Serves request acc. to EN 45545-1.
Fire integrity is in acc. with EN50200 (15 minutes) resp. EN 50362.

 

Design

1. Conductor

Flexible stranded tinned copper, class 5 acc. to DIN VDE 0295 / IEC 60228
/ HD 383, conductor wrapping optional.

2. Mica taping

3. Insulation

Double layer insulation, rubber type EI110/EI109 (EM104)  acc. to EN 50264-1,
oil, diesel-oil, ozone and UV-resistant
