Applications


Heavy duty rubber cable for power supplies. For festoon applications with mechanical tensile stress compared with dynamic stress. Especially developed to prevent electrical and electromagnetic disturbances and to protect parallel laying control cables against interferences. Travel speed of trolleys: up to 240 m/min.
Different structures:
*  single core (1x...)
*  3 - 5 cores (power and control N x ...)
*  multi cores (N x ...)
*  three cores with divided protective conductor (3x...+3x.../3)

Flexible stranded, plain copper acc. DIN EN / IEC 60228 class 5

Insulation
Elastomeric hard grade ethylene-propylene rubber compound better
than IEC 60502-1

Inner sheath (not for single versions)
Special synthetic rubber compound for a max. operating temperature
at conductor of 90 °C

EMC - Screen
Composite screen of tinned copper wires and synthetic threads,
coverage > 80%
 
Outer sheath
Heavy duty chlorinated rubber compound type 5GM5 acc. DIN VDE 0207 part 21
