Description

Applications

For inside and outside use in railway vehicles. Installation in cable ducts and tubes.

Current-carrying capacity acc. to EN 50343. Satisfies performance requirements to Hazard Level 4 acc. to EN 45545-1.
 

On request available: completely pre-assembled flexible cables with plugs and sealing ends, electrically tested.

Flexible stranded tinned copper, acc. to IEC 60228 class 5.

2. Inner semi-conductive stress control layer
Conductive rubber

3. Insulation
HEPR, type EI 110 acc. to EN 50264-1,
high voltage compound, ozone resistant 

4. Outer semi-conductive insulation shield layer
Conductive rubber (Thermo-Strip)

5. Separtor
Tape

6. Screen
Single wires, tinned (Ø 0,6 mm), separator

7. Outer sheath
Special cross-linked EVA, type EM 104 acc. to EN 50264-1,
oil,  diesel-oil, ozone und uv resistant
