Preparation

• Set cutter blade at 1.50 mm
• Cut and remove the outer sheath for a minimum of 10 cm to access the ripcord
• Remove the outer sheath using ripcord
• Cut aramid yarns
• Set cutter blade at 1.0 mm
• Cut and remove the inner sheath for a minimum of 10 cm to access the ripcord
• Remove the inner sheath using ripcord
• Cut and remove FRPs to access the tube

1. One gel filled tube containing up to 12 individually coloured fibres
2. 10 FRPs
3. PE inner sheath
4. Aramid yarns reinforcement
5. PE outer sheath
