Description

 

Applications

 

  • These cables are suitable for permanent use in drinking water as connection cables of electrical appliances, e.g. submersible pumps.
  • Can be used in water depths up to 50 bar
  • max. water temperature: 60 °C
  • Insulation and sheath materials for conductor temperature of 90 °C
  • BAM approvel allows the cable to be used in drinking water. It can also be used in industial water.

 

Design

 

  1. Conductor: plain copper, flexible stranded, class 5 acc. to IEC 60228
  2. Insulation: extruded rubber compound, type EI4 acc. to EN 50363-1
    core colours:
    • one core: black
    • two or more cores: acc. to DIN VDE 0293-308
       
  3. Outer sheath: water proof rubber compound, type EM2 acc. to
    EN 50363-2-1
